¿Do I need the Wii game system to play the Wii Fit in my LCD 37″ 720p. ?
Do I have to purchase the Wii game system in order to play the Wii Fit in my TV, or could I only buy the Wii Fit and just with this I could play in my TV ?

You need a Wii system on order to be able to play Wii Fit. Wii Fit is a game which is written for Wii, therefore you need the system to recognize it and display the picture on the TV. You Television alone won't be of any help.

Yes, you do need the Wii Console in order to play.
Wii Fit is just a game with a custom controller. You cannot play it by itself.
