I don't want to just throw it in the trash, I would prefer make some art or use the controlled and digital tuner inside, any links or advice would be appreciated. FYI- My 4 year was playing and damaged the screen, the digital tuner works you can change channels, hear the audio you just have very limited viewing.

There isn't much use for an EDTV anymore. EDTVs only do about 420p. The best thing to do is recycle those old TVs, but if you want to part it out, find a service center that's willing to take it, or put the parts up individually on eBay.
